About the „Get ready for germany“

TeamYou is a Tennis Academy in charge of the tennis training in various Tennis Clubs in Germany. The clubs are all close to Düsseldorf & Cologne, North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW). We have a large team of coaches, including 20 full time coaches and multiple part time and assistant coaches.

We started the „Get-Ready-for-Germany“ Programm in 2023. Our first successful participant Mike Dorofeev moved to Germany in March 2023. After only 3 months he managed to set up his life here and is already a great additional value for our tennis company. In 2024 the success continued with Kabelo Maleka & Martin Mendoza and in 2025 Aykut Eryilmaz, Ali Omrani, Bogdan Dordevic and others followed.

Our Mission & Time schedule

This 1 year program will get you ready to work with our Tennis Academy.

If you are a tennis coach and want to live and work in Germany, then this program is your ticket for a successful journey. We will closely accompany you during the time before & after your arrival in Germany. We help you with the paperwork, set up your accommodation, transportation & German language course. After this program you will have a full time job within our tennis academy.

We want to start mid of October 2025 with the first steps and arrival in Germany will be in March 2026.
